I'm taking the week of July 1st off. Planning on doing some serious traveling. I've been working exceptionally hard lately and believe me, I need a week to do something else. Something fun.
When I take time off, I tend to do lots of day trips all over southern california. I love to drive and I love to travel.
I've been planning this for awhile, and paid for most everything already. So now it's just a matter of taking the time off and doing it. Here's the plans.
-Saturday, Universal studios (I've got a pass)
-Sunday, Pyrate faire in corona
-Monday, Wild animal park deluxe safari
-Tuesday, Huntington beach 4th of july parade and Kaboom fireworks, monster trucks and monster motorcycles
-Wednesday, hot air balloon in Temecula, drive home through Anza-Borrego desert
-Thursday, Drive up to Yosemite
-Saturday, Civil war reenactment in Vista, visit quail gardens
-Sunday, fort macarthur days in San Pedro, Victorville "History of belly dancing:" show in afternoon
How does that sound for an interesting week off?
