I dropped Hades off at the vet this morning for his long weekend stay. He must have figured out he was going, because he hid from me and I had to dig him out from behind the furniture. He really didn't want to go, but had to as his foot looked pretty painful.
When we got to the vet he got out of the cage and ran behind me, expecting me, I guess, to protect him from the evil lady who was trying to pick him up to bring him into the back. He wrapped himself around my legs and looked up with me as if to say "Dad! Please don't send me away!" with big sad eyes.
The vet lady was quite amused, scooped up my little doggy and ushered him into the back.
Sigh.

Awe! Let us know about him when you get him back!

Poor little doggy.
I know how it is. Every time I take Nash (my 21 lb. cat) to the vet, he always gives me the "don't you love me? why are you doing this?" look, and tries to hide in my purse- which is significantly smaller than my cat!
