Okay, I should have know it was all going too well. The week has been calm. I made some major changes to our systems and they are paying off in vastly improved performance. We receovered from the weekend's power issues and things were looking great.
Sigh.
One person asleep at the wheel, and wham. G/L is now backed up for four days, and of course it's year end and ...
Sigh.
But one thing is true. No matter how bad the day has been, and this one was actually fine until 5pm, when I get home my little dog Hades is waiting for me, tail wagging and happy to see me.
I'm going out to see a movie.

That's one wonderful thing about dogs. They are always happy to see you.
