Sigh. Almost Friday. 5 hours 47 minutes until Friday. You know, the good thing about being very busy is time sure goes by fast. Man, it's like, wait, last I saw the faire was beginning, now it's over already? Holy cow!
I filled up with gas today. Over $40 for a tank of gas? Jeez.
Paid off another credit card completely. I've been working them down, and I'm close to the point where I have no credit card debt at all.
The Huntington LIbrary has a members only evening coming up on June 23rd. These are always interesting: I love wandering around the garden in the twilight hours. Sometimes during these evening events, I imagine seeing the ghost of Huntington himself, smiling at his creation.
Got an invite to the Cairo Carnivale, which is a belly dancing fund raising event. I've never been there, and since it's in Santa anita, just a few miles from me, I'll probably check it out. It should be fun.

I blinked and it was Friday. It was also June!!! I completely understand.
The Library sounds like fun. I keep meaning to go there sometime.
Belly dancing...my mom belly danced. I used to watch her practice when I was a child. It's fascinating, but I find I'm very critical (tho I can't move like that, myself! Ha!), I guess cause of my mom.

do tell more about the Huntington event... it sounds yummy......but it could be stodgy or could be dreamy.... I HAVE TO ADMIT WHILE hUNTING TON IS BEAUTIFUL... IT STILL HAS THAT WEST COAST RUN DOWN FEEL.... PLACES LIKE THAT ON THE EAST COAST ARE ALWAYS MUCH MORE WELL KEPT...... bah.. bloody caps button sticks.... anyway you get the point......................... so tell us more about it!!
