It's Wednesday and this week is half way over. The weekend is approaching fast. I decided I am going to the Cairo Carnivale during the weekend, to check it out. I will certainly go one day (Saturday) and depending on how much I like it I might go two days. If not, on Sunday I may drive on down to the Wild Animal Park in Escondido.
Life is smoothing down a little bit. Finally. The computers at work are not waking me up every fifteen minutes needing attention, so at least I've been getting more and better sleep.
The picture is something I took when I visited a place called Vasquez rocks. There have been many movies and television series filmed there, including Star Trek, Bonanza, and a CSI episode. It's a very beautiful place, with strange rock formations and a very nice little stream flowing between beautiful canyon walls just a short hike from the rocks. I go there occasionally with my little dog Hades.
