Tonight I walked outside and noticed, wow, there's a full moon! A beautiful moon. I grabbed my camera and got this shot --- not bad for a handheld (no tripod) shot from the street in front of my place.
A full moon is always a good omen for me. The rest of the year is going to be great. I've got major plans: several renaissance faires and shows, trips to national parks, a few hikes, a two week trip to Florida and a cruise in the Carribean. Work has stabilized, still with some "interesting times" but at least the computers aren't crashing every day now. I've made a lot of new friends, mostly at the faires, and I want to enhance those relationships.
Then comes the holidays. I love Hallowen, it's my favorite time of the year; Thanksgiving is okay and Christmas is wonderful.
So staring at the full moon, I understood that this will be a wonderful six months.
