Hope this cheers you up. A couple of years ago I was driving up to Sacramento and it was dark and dreary. Suddenly the sun started to rise and I saw this. I pulled over and snapped some pictures and cheered up right away. Hope you like it.

The only thing better than sunsets (with a green flash) is sunrises...When I was working in Rialto, I had to be at work at 6, which ment I had to be up an out of my door by 4:30, to catch the 2 busses... on the final leg of the work commute, I had a 3/4 mile walk, at sunrise... listening to the quiet, and the beginnings of the bird twitterings was so wonderful... thanks for sharing the pix Richard... I miss my sunrises!
