Monday is over!

Well, Monday is finally over. Not a bad day, as Monday's go. Four days to the weekend. I haven't yet figured out what I want to do this weekend, but I'm sure it will come to me before too long.

I read an article on global warming and the new trend to build coal fired electric plants. The article says there are plans to build over 250 of them right now. There is a rush to get them built now, before anticipated regulations get passed in a few years.

And over lunch I read an article about the white billed woodpecker. It's endangered, and the national wildlife foundation is trying to see if they can save the species.

And finally I read yet another article (I read fast) about how the indians took part in the American revolution. The indians took part in both sides in the war, and regardless, they didn't come out doing very well. The British lost, so the indians that helped them didn't prosper, and the American colonists were definitely not interested in the indians at the time.

Interestingly, I got an offer for one of my domains for $500. I get these occasionally... I think I'll take the offer. $500 would come in handy right now. I'm not really using it for anything important.

I'm keeping my eyes open for a WWE (World Wide Wrestling) event down here in LA. About twice a year they show up at the Staples center or Aneheim Pond. The live shows are pretty good, and it's just a quick subway ride down to staples.
