So I was petting my little 8 pound dog Hades tonight and noticed that his paw was chewed and red. I looked closer and found he'd broken a claw on his front paw. It was red, swollen and looked ugly.
Sigh. I know if that was me, I'd be whining. Looks painful.
So I was going to stick Hades in the kennel at the vet on Friday so I could stay up in san Luis Obispo for the faire this weekend, but now I'll leave him at the vet tomorrow. He'll stay an extra day, get his claw clipped, probably get some antibiotics and get a haircut!

Hades is so cute, my dog looks just like him. Her name is Scarlet May. Poor little doggie.
