My name has always been important to me. I've never tolerated or acknowledged
any nicknames or pseudonyms, preferring my given name. There was much confusion
in my earlier life because I am a Jr, named after my father, so he was called
Jerry and I was called Richard.
As shown below, I wrote my name for the first time on the 26th of January,
1966 at 7:30 p.m. at 26625 Ward Street, Apartment #1 in Highland, California.
